Before launch:
Up to 1 hour: meet with ED, Development Director, Fundraising
coordinator, or whoever will be coordinating peer-to-peer fundraising
campaign.
Topics: goals, strategies, likely road blocks, timelines, core
fundraisers, money plans, donor growth and retention in
fundraising-as-organizing model

Up to 1 hour: co-planning (or independently planning) meeting for core
group of fundraisers (such as board, key volunteers, house party
planning committee)
Topics: basics of peer-to-peer fundraising and fundraising-as-
organizing model, building confidence, creating P2P elevator pitches, designing lists of people to solicit, creating incentives
(planning matches and gifts) as needed

60-90 minutes: Facilitating meeting for group of fundraisers
Topics: Planned topics above, and also personalized materials for fundraisers with sample scripts, timelines,
and ideas for engagement, for either online or house party campaigns
will be created and provided


During campaign:
Up to 2 hours: Support and troubleshooting for P2P coordinator during
campaign, assistance with communication strategies for team

Within 30 days of end of campaign:
Up to 1 hour: Debrief and future planning with either P2P coordinator
or team, to address future P2P plans and retention

Package cost

$1500-$3000, sliding scale, if fully remote
travel costs additional if needed
